Spectators with disabilities (certified disability over 74% or certified severe disability) shall be entitled to free admission, subject to the availability of dedicated seating.

For each session, each person with a disability may obtain a maximum of one ticket for themselves and one ticket for an accompanying person. Tickets may be collected exclusively at the ticket office starting one hour before the beginning of the first match of each day. No ticket reservations are permitted: tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis and, once exhausted, no additional tickets will be available.

On the day of the event, the user shall be required to present, upon request by the ticket control staff, identification cards or documentation certifying the actual disability. Such documentation must be presented at the entrance and upon each ticket request; failure to do so may result in denied entry or removal from the venue.
